My office is a 2023, Atlas Boatworks 23F, equipped with a 2023 Mercury 200 Four stroke. This hull is a modern take on some of the most sought after classic bay boats such as the Aquasport 22-2 flatback, the Proline 24 flatback, and the 24 Morgan hulls. The high bow and "flatback" or flat bottom design of the boat makes it very versatile, with a super shallow draft for it's size, while keeping a comfortable dry ride.

I worked closely with the boat builder to customize the layout of the boat for guided fishing in SWFL. The boat features padded seating fore and aft, to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. There's a very large bait well which can hold more than enough live bait for a full day. A large, slightly elevated forward casting deck gives anglers better capabilities when sight fishing, as well as easier casting. The 200hp Mercury four stroke engine idles whisper quiet and smooth, and gets us to the fishing grounds at speeds up to 48mph! The dual 10ft Power Pole blades keep the boat positioned perfectly while fishing shallow back country waters. Lastly, the Motorguide Xi5 trolling motor coupled with cutting edge lithium battery power can keep us on the fish with ease in the deeper water whether we're trolling, or using its GPS "anchor mode" technology.
